  2. Call the Peabody Auditorium Box Office at (386) 671-3462
  3. Stop by the Peabody Auditorium Box Office, 600 Auditorium Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL, 32118. Box Office Hours are Mon-Fri 10:30 am-5:30pm and Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm.
  4. Mail in or Fax the Order Form, which you can download here.
